GEMS是澳大利亚为减少温室效应特制定的低能效标准要求的简称，被澳大利亚的工业和科学发展部管理，主要负责GEMS标准要求产品的执行，同时给予监督和检查。

澳洲能效管控产品：

主要包括白炽灯、双端荧光灯、自镇流等、CFL、电源适配器、冰箱、空调、洗衣机、烘干机、电脑显示器、电脑、洗碗机、电动机、热水器、电视机等。
